I think its time for a change, an I know exactly who is not gonna be in my life...
The debate has raged since the Middle Ages when the first foodies got Medieval on sugar and created a devilishly delicious, dark-brown confection – caramel. We all agree it’s one of mankind’s greater achievements, but how to pronounce it is a different story.
